A Dream Twenty Years in the Making
In 2005, after decades of mastering the art of the Greek kitchen, Chef Robert Andreas decided it was time to open a door of his own. He didn’t just want to open a restaurant; he wanted to create a home for authentic Greek flavors. Lithino was born near the Kos Marina—a quiet, traditional haven where time slows down and the food speaks for itself.

The Kitchen: Where Quality is Non-Negotiable
Chef Robert Andreas is a specialist who believes that a great meal starts long before the stove is lit. Every single morning, he hand-selects the day’s meat, fish, and vegetables. If it doesn’t meet his "premium quality" standard, it doesn’t enter his kitchen.
While we are proud of our traditional Greek roots, our menu also features a wide range of homemade European dishes. Whether you are craving a classic moussaka or a Mediterranean-inspired European specialty, every plate is prepared with the same level of passion and precision.
A Family Affair
When you dine at Lithino, you are a guest in our home.
Dimitris Andreas, our manager and head waiter, ensures your evening is seamless from the moment you arrive.
Maria Andreas is the soul of our kitchen. Her legendary Revani and handmade Baklava have become a local tradition in their own right.
Rudina & Irini rounds out the team, bringing years of experience and a warm smile to our family table.
Rooted in Tradition
We believe that healthy food is the best food. That is why we use our own homemade olive oil and why the oregano you smell in our kitchen comes directly from our Grandfather’s farm. These small details are the secret to the unique Lithino experience.
Book a table
Reserving a table beforehand means less waiting. Groups of 8 or more must reserve ahead of time.
